WTF

i really donno how they connected the cables, uh..soli cablessssss. If this is happened in malaysia i think those cable stealer will not be dare to cut off the cable anymore, which is which?? Problem need to be solve when we faced it, not deny it. If we don solve the problem it will getting worse and worst, this is why the cable is mess up in here. The broken cabling is ignore and they installed a new cable, and it keep going and going....
