Wireless Connection

Yesterday a customer call up and ask me to do in-call services. His problem is that his frend's pc cannot connect to internet using his very own wireless connection.

Arrive at his house...
Me : Hi there

Him : Can you check why is that my frend's laptop unable to hook up on my wireless connection?

Me : Sure, will do.

Checking on the modem, status and everything is ok, continue to do my investigation on the laptop.


Me : uh...sir, your frend's laptop did not switch on his internal wireless card, so you cannot to connect to your wireless connection.

Him : Do it for me, please.

Me : oK.....

Fixing the the connection, detection, key in the security code...

Me : Done~!

Him : He got a wireless at home too, if you doing all this will he unable to connect to internet when he go back home and hook up his connection??

Me : No, sir...

Him : If anything wrong i ask him to call you then.

*Come on...wireless connection that i setting on the laptop is just a KEY to access the wireless on his place, if he go back to his own house with his own wireless connection, then he can connect to his wireless too using search function.....it is just like you keeping another spare house key of your sister or brother's house, will you able to open up your own house door with your key and with the key from your sis and bro key hanging on?* CAN!
